Our Step-by-Step DEMO & INVENTORY Sales Process
The fastest way to get camping is by purchasing an inventory or demo trailer from Off Grid Trailers.
The customer is interested in an Off Grid Trailer™
We offer financing through third-party lenders. Once the application has been processed, the customer should hear from the financing partner directly. If paying personally, instructions will be sent with the invoice on methods of payment. The customer is responsible at time of order agreement to ensure payment is arranged.
The Build Sheet is created internally by the Client Service Specialist at OGT™. Order Sheet is then Signed by OGT™ customer, including in/out of production date, delivery ESTIMATE, and location. Upon signing; OGT™ will send the customer an invoice for a $1,000 non-refundable Confirmation Fee. The $1,000 Non-Refundable Confirmation Fee is due upon signing.
Final payment is due upon receipt of the final invoice. Once paid, title documents are completed and sent to the customer. Financing, if applicable, completes payments to OGT™ on completion.
Delivery of trailer is within 2 weeks of final completion. Customer will be notified by OGT™ when trailer is completed and ready to ship. Customer pickups require customers to bring a plate or travel permit for the trailer.
Take all of your OGT Provided Paperwork to your local registration office to register your trailer. For US Customers please ensure you have received your 7501 form prior to attempting to register your trailer.
