About the Sprocket
Built for versatility and adventure, the Sprocket combines durable construction with a modular design that adapts to your needs. The trailer is offered in multiple trim levels so you can choose the setup that best fits your style of camping. The Trailhead trim focuses on a lightweight, modular foundation with the essential sleeping cabin and storage, making it ideal for owners who want to build their setup over time. The Ridge trim adds popular utility upgrades such as a front storage box and roof rack for carrying additional gear or accessories, as well as a 20 gallon water package for seamless water storage and usage. At the top of the lineup, the Summit trim includes the most complete equipment package, with a camp-ready drop-down kitchen, 30L fridge, and an additional luggage rack for maximum cargo space.
The Sprocket features lightweight all-metal construction with an insulated aluminum body mounted to a 2.5" square-tube steel frame. The cabin uses an R10 rigid insulation core to help maintain comfort in a wide range of conditions. Overall length measures approximately 145" from bumper to hitch, with an 82" width from fender to fender, creating a compact footprint that remains easy to maneuver on tight trails and campsites.
Designed with off-road capability in mind, the Sprocket rides on a Timbren 3500 axle-less independent suspension system paired with 225/75R16 all-terrain tires. With 16" of ground clearance and a 35-degree departure angle, the chassis is built to handle uneven terrain, ruts, and obstacles with confidence while maintaining stable towing on the highway.
Inside, the Sprocket offers a comfortable queen-size sleeping area within a well-insulated cabin designed for extended trips. Four aluminum over-foot pass-through cabinets provide convenient storage for essential gear, while a rear pass-through storage compartment connects interior and exterior access for larger items. The electrical system uses universal wiring designed to integrate easily with most portable power stations, giving you flexibility in how you power your setup when camping off-grid.
A wide range of modular accessories are available to expand the trailer’s capabilities. Popular options include a drop-down side galley kitchen with a dual-burner stove and stainless steel sink, a water package with onboard tank, pump, and exterior outlet port, and a front storage box with a heavy-duty fridge slide for portable refrigerators. A full-length roof rack system rated to carry up to 500 lbs is also available, making it easy to mount rooftop tents, cargo, or other adventure gear.
With its adaptable layout, rugged construction, and thoughtfully designed storage, the Sprocket is built to support everything from weekend escapes to longer off-grid adventures while remaining compact, lightweight, and easy to tow.
