The customization process
You will receive an email to prompt the outline of the custom wrap.
You will be asked to include specifics on the following:
Theme: forest, mountains, beach
Patterns: topography, camouflage, water
Characters/Animals: deer, fish
Color: base color, colors of other elements
Text: any wording to be included, font, size
1 week after your initial email you will receive your initial draft from design@offgridtrailers.com. If you do not see the email please check your Spam/Junk Folders
You will be allowed 3 rounds of edits and drafts.
After up to 3 rounds of changes, you will approve your wrap and it will be applied to your order. Done!

Custom Colour & Wrap FAQ
Use this text to share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, share announcements, or welcome customers to your store.
How do I get a Custom Wrap?
Custom wrap designs are an optional upgrade, just choose it as an option when making your purchase. Your design will be put on our pre-determined material.
What finishes can I choose?
Finishes can be Lustre (semi-gloss) or Matte. Metallic finished material is available for select colours at an increased price. Please contact OGT™ for details.
Can you colour match my tow vehicle?
Exact colour matching may not be possible due to print and material variations. Generally we cannot match you tow vehicle paint colour due to variations in the material.
How accurate are the colours in the mock-ups and images provided?
Note that colours seen on this page (and custom designs) may not be exactly as illustrated due to colour/printer/material variations and manufacturer specification differences.
How long will my wrap take to design?
All custom wraps are allotted up to 3 revisions and a maximum of 6 hours of design time; any time over the allotted 6 hours design time will be billed to the customer.
Are there any minimum requirements for the wrap?
Custom designs require, at a minimum, a rear facing 6 inch OGT™ logo.
Do I own my custom wrap design?
All designs are the property of Off Grid Trailers™ and are not available for purchase. Please contact OGT directly for any requirements for design due to damage repair.

We are very excited about our 2023 Expedition 2.0. We even drove from Eastern Ontario to Edmonton to pick up our new trailer and we’re able to test it out on the way home. We are, so far, extremely pleased with the trailer. We cannot wait to see where the road will takes us and our OGT Expo 2.0.

I was able to find a demo trailer that had been a showroom model. It had all of the options I would have put on my own build, plus a few more. I would not have ordered the roof top tent, but after using it, I am happy this unit come with the tent. Very happy with the build quality and functionality of the Expedition 2.0. Looking forward to many great adventures and new memories

Awesome product! Wife and I took this camper out to put it to use, and it was all smiles. This might look small, but it’s packed with space and a LOT of cool accessories!
Don’t go with a poor quality made camper. Pay for a good one that’ll last, and has all of the top of the line accessories.

If you want a capable and very well built offroad trailer built in Canada 🇨🇦 my home Country look no further. We purchased a 2019 6 month old Expedition 2.0 . This rig is awsome. We have explored and taken this trailer with our 2014 Toyota Fj and 2016 offroad 4 runner on remote FSR roads and the west coast of Vancouver island and thru Alberta . The awning and side cooking drop down kitchen is the best . The sleeping quarters and mattress are super confertable. Very light and easy to tow . It has everything you need and nothing that you don't need . Less is more I believe. Highly recommend it . Enjoy exploring.

The staff at OGT are experienced at what they do! The company staff actually takes the trailers over-landing to understand what their customers needs are. Best built trailer on the market! Just be willing to wait for your new trailer as the wait list could be a few months. We had our trailer delivered!
