OGT™ MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

In order to have your warranty claim honored by Off Grid Trailers™ you must contact our Warranty Department prior to beginning any work.

OGT™ will only reimburse warranty work that has been initiated by a claim submitted to the Off Grid Trailers™ Warranty department.

Issue Occurs

There is a concern with a system included in your Off Grid Trailer™ within 1 year of purchase, or a concern occurs with the frame within 5 years of purchase. 

Contact OGT™

File a claim using the warranty form on our website or email warranty@offgridtrailers.com. 

Claim Reviewed by OGT™

Off Grid Trailers™ Warranty personnel will review the claim within 2 business days and may ask for subsequent description, images, or videos to determine the best solution to the issue. 

Resolution Determined

OGT™ will either drop ship replacement parts/components if required or direct you to the nearest authorized RV service center to facilitate and schedule the required repairs. 

Reimbursement

Off Grid Trailers™ can pay the authorized RV Repair Facility directly, or reimburse the customer upon completion of the required repairs.

WHAT IS COVERED WITH YOUR OGT™ MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY?


MANUFACTURER’S 5 YEAR STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY WARRANTY 

The Trailer Frame Chassis only will, for a period of sixty (60) months following the Owner’s purchase of the Trailer from either (a) the Manufacturer or (b) a Dealer (the “Frame Warranty Period”), be free from defects in material or workmanship and will conform to all written specifications provided by the Manufacturer.

 

MANUFACTURER’S 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

The Trailer Components will, for a period of twelve (12) months following the Owner’s purchase of the Trailer from either (a) the Manufacturer or (b) a Dealer (the “Component Warranty Period”), be free from defects in material or workmanship and will conform to all written specifications provided by the Manufacturer.
